The Chocolate Fest and Silent Auction

Panguitch is excited to announce the formation of an association dedicated to preserving the history of our quilt walk pioneers who sacrificed much during the first settlement of Panguitch. We feel the need to have a permanent history of that sacrifice for future generations so they might appreciate and honor those who have gone before.

Zions Bank has generously donated land next to the bank on Center Street. They have committed to the building of a heritage park as well. Our commitment to them is that we will commission a statue to be placed at the park in honor of our seven quilt walk pioneers. An architect has been developing the park concept and will be ready for approval in the near future.

We need your support to help pay for the cost of the statue. Initial estimates place the cost of the statue at $300,000 or more. The money generated from the Silent Auction will be used for that purpose.

The Chocolate Fest and Silent Auction will be held Wednesday Night, June 11 at 6 pm.

250 East Center Street. This is the evening prior to our Quilt Walk Classes and Quilt Show.

If you would like to donate something for sale at the Silent Auction, your gift will be highly appreciated.

At the Chocolate Fest we have entertainment and CHOCOLATE items for your enjoyment. The cost is $5.00 for 3 chocolate item of your choice. If you would like to donate a chocolate item it would be greatly appreciated as well.
