9. Bonnie Miles – Funky Diamonds

This very large (17" high) block is made from a central diamond, with rows added in the Log Cabin method. It is a wonderful way to use scraps - but also, as shown in the photo, lends its self well to the new, bright florals. A similar diamond can also be made using a smaller center. Whether the quilter is just a beginner, or a seasoned seamstress, this block / quilt is a delight to make. Instructions will be given for sizes varying from a crib size to a queen size.
