This old, beloved and much requested star pattern is unique and easy to assemble while it truly makes a statement! Using the technique provided by one of my favorite “toys”, the Tri-Rec Ruler, you can always be assured the points will be sharp and accurate. It’s one of those quilts that your friends will think you’ve “slaved” over for days while you can chuckle to yourself thinking how east it was. Think of the TV ad of the Rice Krispie Treats!!!

Cutting Instructions:

Prior to class, please cut crosswise or WOF (width of fabric), the following:

Background: Ten (10) strips 3-1/2" wide

Four (8) strips 2" wide

Inner Bias Rectangle: Five (5) strips 3-1/2" wide

Outer Bias Rectangle: Five (5) strips 3-1/2" wide

Each four patch color: Four (4) strips 2" wide
